The Midtown 2 building contains 337 units and was built in 2007.  Midtown 2 is the heart of the Arts District neighborhood and is located in Midtown Miami blocks from the Design District, near the bridge from Miami beach, galleries of Wynwood Arts District and walking distance from many stores and restaurants.
