Epic Miami is a eye-catching 54 story, 342 unit building that was built in 2009 and is located in Downtown Miami where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay.  Due to it’s spectacular waterfront location, the units in this building offer sweeping views in every direction, including the Downtown Miami skyline, Miami Beach Key Biscayne, island of Brickell Key, Atlantic Ocean and/or Biscayne Bay.

Epic Miami was built by the well known Ugo Colombo, & Lionstone Development.  The design was completed by Revuelta, Vega, Leon. It is easy to see that the influence of the waterfront location and Miami’s native Tequesta nation was used by Revuelta because throughout the building nautical and Native American themes can be witnessed. Revuelta's artistic mastery allows to emerge throughout EPIC conjuring sailboats on the on river and small fires of the Tequesta nation by night. 

Enjoy a picturesque stroll surrounded by tropical botanicals. Or take a moment to relax while watching the passing boats along the Epic Riverwalk, a private promenade connected to Bayfront Park. The Epic Miami grounds are beautifully designed by one of the world's leading landscape architects so that when you arrive home, you have truly left the world outside.
