Icon Brickell

Built in 2008, Icon Brickell was designed by the renowned architectural firm, Arquitectonica and developed by the Related Group.  The interior of the residences and building include signature designs by Yoo inspired by Philippe Starck.  Many unique items can be found throughout Icon Brickell that were added by the influential designer, Starck, including whimsical chandeliers and a chess room straight out of Alice in Wonderland.

Icon Brickell is composed of three buildings.  Tower One (North) and Tower Two (South) both have 57 floors, the north has 714 units and the south has 561 units.  Viceroy Tower (West) contains 50 floors and 520 units.  The buildings are surrounded by two parks, Biscayne Bay and very popular Brickell Avenue.  At the parks you will be able to walk, run or have a picnic while enjoying beautiful outdoor atmosphere and stunning views.  

Glass railings surround the terraces in each unit and provide stunning views of the Biscayne Bay and Miami.  Icon Brickell has five-star amenities to offer residents, some of them are; convenient boat deck for residents and visitors, multi-level covered parking and full time concierge.  Some of the concierge service that are offered are; housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning, 24-hour valet service, mail and package receiving deck and more.  The Icon Brickell Spa and Fitness Center has a long list of features that are available at the building, some of the are; 28,000 square-foot state-of-the-art spa, jacuzzi and cold plunge pool area, 300-foot-long swimming pool, juice bar, aerobic studio, cardio equipment/cardio theater, weight equipment and his-and-hers lounges and relaxation area. 

Icon Brickell is located in the heart of the Miami financial district, it provides easy access to many Miami attractions and destinations like; Bayside Marketplace, Biscayne Bay, American Airlines Arena and only a short drive to the Miami International Airport and South Beach.
