One Ocean South Beach will be built at 1 Ocean Drive, next door to The Continuum and directly across the street from Nicky Beach. You may already know this block, as it currently is home to the restaurant, Philippe.
Whole One Ocean South Beach will not sit on the sand, it will, however, rise, above Ocean Drive with terraces, patios and overly-spacious floorplans. With two mid-rise towers, One Ocean South Beach will offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units in its South Tower (along South Pointe Drive), and 5 bedroom floorplans in its smaller, North Tower. A total of 50 five-star residences will be built, with a floating resort area above Ocean Drive, and retail shopping spaces along the street level. And the best part is that most of the apartments at One Ocean will be flow-through floorplans with private elevators!

RESERVATIONS STARTING NOW - Here's What You Need to Know
The full details of One Ocean South Beach are coming together, and come back to this page over the coming days and weeks for details. But, here is a preliminary list of what we believe to be true:
Floorplans will range from about 2000 square feet to well over 3500 square feet, most with flow-through floorplans and private elevators
Estimated pricing will vary, but we believe that prices will be around $1000 per square foot at the low end, about $2000 per square foot at the high end
There are many unique floorplans, and unlike other buildings, the design is being made so that almost every resident has a one-of-a-kind condo
You may make a reservation now, with a 10% refundable deposit. Once units are offered for sale, buyers with deposits will be able to make selections and choose to move forward with a certain unit. Reservations may be canceled, and deposits would be returned
